"It may be a small detail, but my item arrived without the small button sewn on the back, which is a detail I was looking forward to. For a supposedly luxury item and this price point of ONE pair of underwear, I expect the details. They offered me 10% off my next purchase, no offer to replace or refund. Whe I pushed back, they agreed to refunding shipping. Pretty terrible attempt at rectifying their mistake. I can literally buy equal quality underwear elsewhere and just sew my own cute detail on and it’ll be a better option than this. This is not worth the money."
