Ordering with HATCH – Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you need to adjust your order or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to help.
You will receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your purchase. Your order is formally accepted once we dispatch your items and send a shipping confirmation email.
Once dispatched, we are unable to amend delivery details.
In the rare event of a pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Your Right to Change Your Mind
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To do so, please email help@hatchcollection.uk within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number, and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
We will refund the full purchase price and the cost of standard delivery. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of postage) and are issued to your original payment method.
Delivery – When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Please note, we ask for 1-2 business days for order processing.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are provided as guidance rather than guaranteed dates.
While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery has been made to the address provided.
Pre-Orders
Where an item is available for pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. Should there be any significant delay, we will contact you directly.
Our 30-Day Returns Promise
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns window for UK customers.
We kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and packaging intact.
This is a voluntary policy and does not affect your legal rights.
To ensure fairness for all customers, we reserve the right to decline returns where there is reasonable evidence of misuse.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Under our voluntary returns policy, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked 'Final Sale
- Personalised pieces
- Gift cards
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of postage).
If you return part of your order, we will refund the relevant portion accordingly.
Refunds are made using your original payment method.
Exchanges
For the most seamless experience, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred item and returning the original for a refund.

How Do I Care For My HATCH Pieces?
Care instructions can be found under the Details section on the product page. We suggest washing and caring for all HATCH pieces according to the care instructions.
Gift Cards
Www.hatchcollection.uk does not currently sell gift cards. If you wish to purchase a gift card, please visit our store at 206 King's Road. Please note any gift cards purchased at our store will not be eligible for redemption online.
HATCH UK gift cards do not expire and may be cancelled within 14 days of online purchase if not redeemed. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

If Something Isn’t Right
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to reject it for a full refund. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, a price reduction or refund may apply. Please contact us and we will resolve the matter promptly and personally.

Nothing in these FAQs limits your rights under UK consumer law.
Governing Law
These FAQs and any contract formed between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
